AppLab Systems, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Java Technical Lead to spearhead the architecture, design, and development of Java/Spring Boot applications. This onsite role requires strong leadership, security-conscious coding, and hands-on mentoring to deliver scalable solutions.

You will establish and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, drive DevSecOps practices with Twistlock, and collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Proven experience leading Java/Spring Boot applications.
• Experience implementing secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
