Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Java and Spring in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand the platform architecture and ensure alignment with the roadmap.
• Design and develop technical solutions for new development and enhancements.
• Coordinate coding and unit testing phases and facilitate code reviews.
• Develop and contribute to domain solutions and implement changes per plan.
• Communicate project status and technical updates to stakeholders with action plans as needed.
• Coordinate delivery timelines with the team, including quality and timeliness metrics.
• Coaches, mentors and delegates work to lower level professionals.
• Participate actively in code development.
