Job summary

360 Technology in Dallas, TX is seeking a backend engineer to design, develop, and support scalable Java/Spring Boot enterprise applications for a banking client. You will work across the SDLC, building REST APIs, microservices, and integrations with databases and messaging systems.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot skills, understanding of microservices and design patterns, and experience with SQL, Git, CI/CD, and testing. Banking domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience.
Experience building microservices and REST APIs.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices.
Experience with databases, messaging, and enterprise integrations.
Banking or financial-services domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and REST APIs.
Design and implement microservices using appropriate design patterns and engineering standards.
Work with databases, messaging systems and enterprise integrations.
Participate in design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps and business teams in an Agile environment.
