Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Java/Spring Boot applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong SQL and database tuning skills for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Knowledge of REST services and messaging systems (JMS).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain critical production applications and enhancement processes.
• Troubleshoot application, database, batch, and integration issues.
• Monitor daily batch processing and resolve production incidents.
• Analyze and resolve database performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for application failures and operational disruptions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and automation solutions.
• Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors during incident resolution.
• Participate in application modernization initiatives, including Spring Boot upgrades and cloud migration efforts.
• Support CI/CD deployment activities across environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures.
• Participate in release planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using AI and scripting technologies.
