Job summary

NJF Global Holdings Ltd. is partnering with a top-tier quant trading firm to hire Java Software Engineers for the Post-Trade Engineering function within Enterprise Engineering, supporting Asset Manager and Securities businesses.

The team will build and maintain systems powering the trade lifecycle, handling millions of trades daily, with exposure to senior leadership and a CTO sponsor.

• Collaborate with CTO and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions for Asset Manager and Securities businesses.

Total compensation: very flexible - dependent on seniority, expectations and performance

We're partnered with a top-tier quant trading firm hiring Java Software Engineers to join their Post-Trade Engineering function within Enterprise Engineering, supporting both the firm's Asset Manager and Securities businesses.

The team builds and maintains the systems powering the trade lifecycle after trade capture, processing upwards of 25 million trades a day, across several specialized areas:

• Legal & Compliance Engineering — automating regulatory workflows and document retention
• Operations Engineering — transaction management, position enrichment, and clearing
• Accounting Engineering — systems calculating daily PnL and investor statements
• People Systems Engineering — redesigning the firm's ATS/CRM and HR technology
• Treasury Engineering — balance sheet analysis, funding, margin, and liquidity risk

You'll partner directly with business leaders to deliver custom solutions, working under the sponsorship of the firm's CTO with exposure to C-level leadership.

What we're looking for:
