Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS / SE / IT or related field.
• 2+ years in enterprise application development, operation, and production support; 4+ years preferred.
• Strong experience with Java-based J2EE and Spring Framework.
• Experience with deployment, release management, and production incident handling.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise Java/J2EE web applications using Spring.
• Analyze production issues and resolve incidents to ensure stability.
• Plan deployments, releases, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units.
• Support AI-powered applications and automation initiatives where applicable.
