Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Writes and maintains source code
• Creates, maintains software applications and applies frameworks involved in a software release
• Duties include computer programming, documenting, managing configuration, testing, bug fixing
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript programming languages is required
• Develops, modifies computer applications software or specialized utility programs
• Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions
• Develops products, solutions, processes using basic principles, theories, concepts
• Applies computer science principles, engineering techniques, mathematical analysis
• Applies concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
• Performs work that requires practical experience and training
• Work is performed under supervision
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Typically requires BS degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, other related discipline
• Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work well within a small team environment
• Strong communication skills
• US Citizenship
• DOD Secret Clearance is required.
