What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business users, systems analysts, and project managers to establish specifications and timelines for project completion
- Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflows, and logical processes
- Develop, code, test, and debug application programs of varying complexity, ensuring compliance with specifications
- Work with team members to develop and implement acceptance test plans that meet customer expectations
- Assist less experienced staff with user specifications, coding, testing, and debugging
