Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, and automated testing within its Financial Services unit in the USA. You will collaborate with business analysts, QA, and developers to deliver scalable software solutions across banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions to guide development.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications with stability in mind.
• Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies to enhance reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.
