Interview process: 1 round (MS Teams)

Hands-on Java + React full-stack engineer. Wants someone who can operate as a technical lead when needed but is still a very strong individual contributor who can personally produce a lot of code.

Coming from JPMorgan and they love to see ppl form there. Tenure is important for them, they do not like job hoppers.

Must-haves

• 10+ years Java development— this looks like the biggest requirement.


• Strong ReactJSexperience; needs to be genuinely full stack, not a Java developer who has only touched UI.


• Bachelor’s degree in CS or technical/engineering discipline — required.
