Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant for a hands-on role in Richardson, TX. The position emphasizes Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices with secure, production-ready services.

Expect strong involvement in design, coding, testing, and operations across SDLC. The role requires expertise in RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, with a focus on scalable, resilient applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field, or three years progressive experience in lieu of education.
• US relocation/travel may be required for work location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is welcome to apply; Infosys cannot provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications; maintain stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities.
