Job summary
Apex Systems is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join the CTR technology team, delivering Java microservices, APIs, and cloud-enabled platforms. You will contribute to modernization efforts and collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams from Irving, TX and Chandler, AZ.
The role emphasizes design, development, testing, and operation support for AML regulatory reporting capabilities, with opportunities to advance through a dynamic, Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of Software Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Java development experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
- 2+ years of Python development experience.
- Experience building and supporting microservices, APIs, and cloud-enabled applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications and microservices.
- Build front-end applications using React and/or Angular.
- Develop APIs and integration services for CTR and AML reporting processes.
- Merge five existing applications into a unified solution.
- Participate in Python-based data processing and pipeline development.
- Support production operations, incident resolution, and stabilization efforts.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and teams to deliver enhancements.
- Support CI/CD, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning.
