Falcon Placement Services LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Java Microservices Developer to design, build, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications. The role requires 10+ years of software development experience and deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and messaging systems.

The candidate will own end-to-end development, contribute to architecture discussions, and work with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and tracing

Qualifications

• REST APIs and Microservices development.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.

• JUnit and Mockito for unit and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Microservices Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud, Kubernetes, and Messaging platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java-based Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Build RESTful APIs, event-driven applications, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Develop cloud-native applications and deploy them on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Implement API Gateway, service registry, configuration management, circuit breakers, and resilience patterns.
• Develop data access layers using JPA/Hibernate.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
