Crowdplum Global Services LLC is seeking an experienced Java technical lead to guide enterprise-grade application development in a microservices architecture. You will spearhead design, reviews, and best-practices while collaborating with architects and business teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java/J2EE development, with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, concurrency, design patterns, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

• Work with architects and business teams to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Implement automated unit, integration, and performance testing while maintaining high code quality.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud deployments.
