We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Lead Developer with experience in low-latency systems, high-frequency messaging, and blockchain technologies to join our dynamic development team. As a Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance systems that require rapid and efficient data exchange. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where innovation, performance, scalability, and blockchain integration are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of low-latency, high-frequency messaging systems using Java.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for real-time data processing, messaging, and blockchain integrations.
• Develop and maintain messaging solutions using platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ, ensuring efficient data flow and minimizing latency.
• Integrate blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain frameworks) into messaging systems for secure and decentralized transactions.
• Drive performance improvements and low-latency optimizations across the system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance benchmarks.
• Design and implement multi-threaded, high-concurrency solutions for mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate with other technical leads, architects, and product teams to define system requirements, architecture, and design.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis and tuning for latency-sensitive applications.
• Lead and participate in Agile development cycles, ensuring on-time delivery of features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to low-latency and high-frequency messaging in production environments.
• Ensure seamless integration of blockchain features with backend systems, focusing on speed, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Java Developer, with a focus on low-latency, high-frequency systems.
• Proven experience in designing and building messaging systems using technologies such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Strong expertise in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar blockchain platforms.
• Expertise in developing high-performance, low-latency systems using Java and associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for Java applications.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on high scalability and system reliability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Solid understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and related technologies in the context of low-latency communication.
