Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. in New York City seeks a Java Lead Architect to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale React front-end applications for the Ad-Tech domain.

You will lead integration of REST APIs, third-party marketing platforms, and data analytics tools, mentor engineers in React.js and Java, and guide microservices and cloud-native modernization for scalable, compliant campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale React.js applications for ad-tech platforms.
• Design and implement ad-tech integrations including Google Ads, campaign management, audience targeting, ad serving, tracking, and analytics solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership for Java-based backend systems and React frontend applications.
• Develop scalable solutions for real-time campaign delivery and marketing performance optimization.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, performance, compliance, and reliability standards in regulated environments.
• Architect and integrate REST APIs, third-party marketing platforms, CDP, and analytics tools.
• Lead modernization initiatives involving microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Establish frontend architecture standards, CI/CD processes, and development governance.
• Mentor engineering teams in React.js, Java, microservices, and ad-tech platform integrations.
• Experience in advertising technology, digital marketing ecosystems, or campaign analytics is highly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms for banking, payments, fintech, or customer engagement is a strong plus.
