Java Fullstack Architect (React & Node)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java, React, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across full-stack projects.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to ensure the technology stack remains modern and efficient.
• Mentor and guide development teams on complex technical issues, system design, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and deliver excellent user experience.
• Work with DevOps and QA teams to streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Document architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in an architectural or technical lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
