Job description: Looking for passionate, enthusiastic part-time/full-time coders to join our Client and share their love of coding with Indian kids. This position involves you to teach coding to Indian kids in ages 6 -18 on online live teaching platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a group of students (either 1-on-1 or in small groups) in the online classroom using online platform and teach the curriculum provided by the Client.
• Assigning activities to facilitate students’ consolidation of learning material.
• Communicate, cooperate, and consult with management, and parents/guardians in the students’ best interest

Work Timings:

• Teach remotely, from the comfort of your home, and at times that work best for your schedule.
• You can choose to work between IST 3 pm to IST 9 pm on weekdays and IST 10 am to IST 9 pm on weekends. Working on weekends is mandatory.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Background or experience in teaching within elementary, middle or high school classrooms is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree / Final year students are eligible to apply

Prerequisites

• Stable internet connection with speed > 15 Mbps.
• A laptop with a clear web camera and working microphone
• Before the applicants start working with students, they are required to go through a series of comprehensive training modules that will help them understand the platform, setting up an online class, curriculum, projects and many more.
• Client’s team will provide you the existing curriculum / projects and train you across topics namely AI, 3D game development, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Python, or simple block-base coding / visual programming before you start teaching.
• Applicants will be trained on the highest grade level /skill set mastered during the interview process.

Compensation: The pay-outs are calculated based on the number of hours (Willing to commit for 20/30/42hrs per week) put in by you each month. The base pay per hour is incremental. Please refer to the table below to get an understanding of the Client’s current structure:
