Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi‑faceted, larger scale or longer‑term Software Engineering challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel and technical experts to resolve technical issues.
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in Java, .Net, Python, and experience with UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑stack enterprise application component design and development.
• Experience with AI, including data and error analysis, and enterprise‑scale AI adoption strategies.
• Strong ability to work with globally distributed teams in Agile environments.
