Required Skills

• 7 years of solid hands‑on experience using Angular(JavaScript)/React, Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture, Hazlecast(Distributed Cache)
• Hands on experience in Python is required.
• Mobile development experience is preferred.
• AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience, Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration.
• Hands on experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB including complex SQL, Stored Proc and performance tuning.
• Good problem‑solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation.
• Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels

Desired skills

• Good understanding of financial markets , various capital market assets class with focus on Equity, Banking or Financial industry project experience.
• Experience with Co‑pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency , Agentic orchestration of business process.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104364
