Job summary

Blutic seeks an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to spearhead end-to-end development projects, lead architectural design, and drive technical excellence. This onsite six‑month engagement may extend, with the candidate willing to work in US time zones.

The role requires 10–15 years in Java Full Stack, at least 5 in leadership/architectural roles, and strong capabilities in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs and modern front-end frameworks, plus business development awareness.

Blutic is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with 10+ yrs experienceto spearhead end-to-end development projects, lead architectural design, and drive technical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical prowess, leadership capabilities, and business development acumen. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

This is an onsiteopportunity with 6months project engagement with possibility of extension.The candidate should be willing to work in either of US time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based full stack applications.

Play the role of Solution Architect, defining technical standards and best practices.

Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.

Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and business development teams.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10-15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership/architectural role.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).

Proven experience in solution architecture and technical design.

Excellent soft skills, including communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Business development experience or ability to identify new opportunities.

Ability to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in enterprise applications, or related industries.

Certifications in Java, Architecture, or Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
