Capgemini is seeking a Technical Lead - Full Stack to guide design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. You will lead architecture reviews, drive scalable solutions, and mentor development teams across frontend and backend domains.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern data platforms. A hybrid work arrangement is supported in multiple US locations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development or enterprise app delivery.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and frontend state management.
• Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases and Redshift.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, ETL, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Security knowledge (OAuth, JWT).
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
