Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the US banking domain with a strong focus on EMV and card payments. You will contribute to requirements elicitation, participate in design discussions, and integrate new features across payment applications.

You will work through end-to-end SDLC with emphasis on security, testing, and production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software for US financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of EMV L3 certification lifecycle, prerequisites, certification artifacts, and test evidence.
• Hands-on exposure to POS terminals, pin pads, mPOS, unattended devices, kiosks, fuel pumps, contact/contactless/NFC flows.
• Working knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, RuPay/NPCI or regional scheme requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
