Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer in Westlake Village, CA. You'll engage with databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL, participate in CI/CD efforts with Jenkins, and apply testing tools such as JUnit, Cucumber and Selenium to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• Java FSD who has the ability to be an independent contributor with strong communication skills.
• Solid experience with java spring-based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot.
• Working with public cloud and cloud-based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus.
• Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.
• Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture.
• Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
• Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud-based software applications.
• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.
• Passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement via collaboration and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions Agile Complex problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement Java-based microservices.
• Develop and maintain Spring Boot applications and RESTful services.
• Implement cloud-based solutions on Azure with scalable architectures.
• Integrate messaging via RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
• Work with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases and ORM layers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation using Jenkins.
• Participate in software testing with JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
• Support chaotic testing and SRE practices for reliability.
• Contribute to building robust, resilient cloud deployments.
