Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a Java Full Stack Developer in Westlake Village, CA for an 8-month engagement. The candidate will contribute as an independent contributor, building Spring Boot-based microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-enabled applications on Azure.

Strong experience with messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka), databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and CI/CD (Jenkins) is required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with java spring-based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot.
• Working with public cloud and cloud-based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus.
• Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.
• Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture.
• Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
• Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud-based software applications.
• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based full-stack applications using Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful services and microservices architectures.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and cloud deployments (Azure).
• Collaborate across teams to ensure reliability and quality of software.
