Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Technology Consultant 2 in the United States to drive full-stack development from requirements to implementation using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and RESTful APIs. You will join design discussions, code, review, and help maintain quality and deployment pipelines in a global delivery setup.

Focus on Azure cloud, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure solutions for finance domain needs within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Role demands strong proficiency in Fullstack engineering including Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, Microservices, testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma), CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL and Azure cloud.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided

• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability

• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience

Role demands strong proficiency in Fullstack engineering including Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, Microservices, testing frameworks (Jasmine/ Karma), CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL and Azure cloud

Preferred Skill and Experience

Demonstrates the ability to provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams, ensuring consistency in technical standards and leveraging the expertise of senior team members to achieve project outcomes

Articulate solution approach to both business & IT stakeholders at low/mid/senior levels, from concept phase through build and deployment to support phase, gain their confidence

Work closely with client stake holders including engineering leads, Product team & solution architects etc.

Possesses the ability to think strategically about software systems, designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and align with business needs

Finance (trading, investing, clearing, reporting, servicing, wealth data) domain knowledge is must.

Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements

Application and development of standards and policies - both technical and methodology

Experience to work in a Global delivery environment

Experience in Cloud based development platforms and end to end integration

Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
