Qualifications

• 2–6 years of Java full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Full-stack development with React.js or Angular (mandatory).
• SQL and database optimization skills.
• Experience with TDD and unit testing.
• Knowledge of multithreading, concurrent programming, REST APIs, OOP, and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Preferred: investment banking or financial services experience; familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Preferred: trading, risk management, or capital markets apps; low-latency/high-performance systems; Agile/Scrum environments.
