Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end development for banking and digital finance platforms. The role spans UI, backend, microservices, REST API integration, and cloud deployment, requiring Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, AWS, MySQL, Git and Agile practices.

You will contribute to requirements, design discussions, code implementation, reviews, testing, and production support, working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic enterprise

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in building secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• End-to-end development of online banking/digital financial platforms, including UI, backend microservices, REST APIs, cloud deployment, and database interactions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation and document assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features, maintaining system stability.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves end-to-end development of online banking/digital financial platforms, including UI development, backend microservices, REST API integration, cloud deployment, database interactions, and application modernization. The candidate should have strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, AWS, MySQL, Git, and Agile delivery practices.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
