Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in Richardson, TX, to contribute across the SDLC with a focus on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS. You will elicit requirements, guide design discussions, code and integrate features, and uphold quality through reviews and testing.

The role requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams; relocation/travel may be required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS is essential.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship are welcome to apply; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and guide design decisions.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features, maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
