Job summary

Infosys is pursuing a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices and customer-facing applications. You will participate in the SDLC, code reviews, and CI/CD, working with US and India teams to ensure high software quality.

Applicants should have hands-on Java, Spring, Microservices, React, AWS, Kafka, and MongoDB, plus Agile experience and strong communication skills. Willingness to relocate or travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Primary skills include Java, Spring, microservices design/development, APIs, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Kafka, JMS, JPA, JUnit/TestNG, PCF.
• Strong hands-on experience with distributed web development in Java/JEE, RESTful/web services, and cloud development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions for the technical team.
