Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 to lead scalable and secure solutions for complex business requirements. You will participate in customer discussions, architect options, and guide integration strategies across cloud platforms, microservices, and data services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to standards, perform PoC validations, and drive deployment strategies while maintaining knowledge transfer among teams in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong proficiency in Fullstack engineering including Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Jasmine/Karma testing, CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL, and Azure cloud.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and guide solution options.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.


• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation


• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options


• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions


• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy


• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases


• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape


• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Required Skill and Experience

Role demands strong proficiency in Fullstack engineering including Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, Microservices, testing frameworks (Jasmine/ Karma), CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL and Azure cloud

Preferred Skill and Experience

Demonstrates the ability to provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams, ensuring consistency in technical standards and leveraging the expertise of senior team members to achieve project outcomes

Articulate solution approach to both business & IT stakeholders at low/mid/senior levels, from concept phase through build and deployment to support phase, gain their confidence

Work closely with client stake holders including engineering leads, Product team & solution architects etc.

Possesses the ability to think strategically about software systems, designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and align with business needs

Finance (trading, investing, clearing, reporting, servicing, wealth data) domain knowledge is must.

Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements

Application and development of standards and policies - both technical and methodology

Experience to work in a Global delivery environment

Experience in Cloud based development platforms and end to end integration

Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
