Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex software issues across multiple components of critical business systems. The role requires onsite collaboration with client teams three days per week in Charlotte, NYC, Dallas, or Jersey City, and leveraging a broad mix of Java and Angular skills to improve reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development

• Associate Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Angular

• Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and Microservices Architecture
