Job summary

BeaconFire is seeking a Full Stack Developer in New Jersey to build scalable web apps using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and SQL/NoSQL databases. You will own the full development lifecycle in an Agile team and contribute to API design, testing, and deployment.

The role includes AI integration with RAG pipelines, plus staying current with Java tech and best practices. Visa sponsorship is provided for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java and JavaScript.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Basic OOP with common APIs and data structures (Maps, Lists, Sets).
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web apps using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Angular 2+, React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Own full development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum team, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and optimization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for apps, APIs, and deployment procedures.
• Deploy to production: APIs, monitoring, CI/CD, cost/performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies.
