Job summary

Vytwo Technologies Inc. is seeking a Java Full Stack + AI Lead to head end-to-end delivery of banking/finance solutions.

The role covers technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on development across the stack (Java, Spring Boot, Angular) with an emphasis on scalable microservices and secure APIs. The candidate will coordinate globally distributed teams, drive design choices, and ensure quality with testing and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Lead Full-Stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular across SDLC.
• Provide technical leadership including architecture reviews and design decisions.
• Coordinate onshore-offshore teams; manage delivery commitments and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Core/Advanced Java, multithreading, JVM concepts, and OOP.
• Extensive Spring ecosystem and enterprise app development experience.
• Design, develop, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and architecture reviews across projects.
• Mentor development teams and enforce engineering standards.
• Lead cross-functional coordination and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Ensure application security, performance, and fault tolerance.
• Contribute to testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
