Job summary

Visionary Innovative Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a senior software engineer for a hybrid role across multiple U.S. cities. The role focuses on Java 8+/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and UI development with Angular.

We expect 5+ years in design and development, strong ORM (JPA/Hibernate), Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS cloud experience, with hands-on SQL (PostgreSQL) and a solid DevOps background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design and development of applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, RESTful Services and UI Framework
• 2+ years of experience in design and development of Microservices using Spring-Boot and REST API
• Strong knowledge and experience with ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• 2+ years in UI framework (Angular)
• 1+ years' experience designing cloud-based solutions in AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda)
• Good knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with DevOps toolchain (Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, Git/Bitbucket)
• Knowledge of security, transactions, monitoring, performance

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of Java-based applications
• Develop microservices and RESTful APIs
• Work with ORM (JPA/Hibernate) and SQL databases
• Engage with Docker/Kubernetes-based deployments

Job Description:

Mandatory:

• 5+ years of experience in Design and Development of applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, RESTful Services and UI Framework
• 2+ years of experience in design and development of Microservice using Spring-Boot and REST API
• Strong knowledge/experience in ORM Framework - JPA / Hibernate
• Good knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• 2+ years of experience in any one of the UI Framework - Angular
• 1+ years of experience in designing and Implementing cloud-based solutions in various AWS Services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, etc)
• Good knowledge and experience in any RDBMS/PostgreSQL
• Strong experience in DevOps tool chain (Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, GIT/BitBucket)
• Good knowledge in technical concepts – Security, Transaction, Monitoring, Performance

Nice to have:
