Role and Responsibilities

1. Evaluate technology strategy, organization, business applications, and infrastructure.
2. Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards.
3. Optimize the technology landscape for speed and agility.
4. Reduce technical debt for the organization.
5. Advise on enterprise architecture landscape, including technology, information, data, security, and integration.
6. Implement large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
7. Produce target-state solution architecture and perform assessments and gap analysis.
8. Help formulate overall solution strategies and roadmaps.
9. Model business capability maps based on EA best practices and discover applications related to each business capability.
10. Discover and manage all applications within the organization, dependencies, and data flows.
11. Create migration roadmaps and project plans with all dependencies for system upgrades.
12. Build diagrams representing current and future state architectures.
13. Create reports on application criticality within the IT landscape.
14. Assess applications by business criticality and fit to produce lifecycle roadmaps.
15. Maintain flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Healthcare/PBM domain experience preferred
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• At least 3 years as an Enterprise Architect
• Experience with Java/J2EE architecture
• Proficiency in React/Angular, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of microservice design patterns
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, microservice development
• Experience with AWS cloud migration

Compensation and Benefits

Applicants are accepted until 5/22/2025. The annual salary ranges from $99K to $117K, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on performance.
