• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development or engineering.
• Proven expertise in Java programming with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong experience with Kafka (3+ years) and MongoDB (2+ years).
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, especially Azure, with at least 3+ years of exposure.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
• Solid understanding of OOAD, UML, TDD, and design patterns.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or XP methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

About The Role

The role involves conducting root cause analysis to identify systemic problems and leading initiatives to address them effectively.

They will oversee the management of technical debt, drive opportunities for system improvements, and incorporate security best practices early in the development lifecycle in collaboration with security teams.
