Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Java Developer/Full Stack Developer to lead design and development of Java/J2EE-based microservices applications. You will be hands-on, writing code, debugging, and tuning performance while collaborating with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong Java/J2EE, Spring, REST APIs, Kafka/MQ, MongoDB, and knowledge of design patterns and microservices. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka/MQ for producers, consumers, streams, and error handling.
• Experience with MongoDB data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of design patterns, system design, and architectural principles.
• Nice-to-have Docker/Kubernetes experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain designs clearly.

Job description

Position: Java Developer/Full Stack Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

Interview: First round is Virtual (Video) and Final round is Face-to-face (In Person) Interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Java/J2EE-based microservices applications
• Actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and performance tuning
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka/MQ
• Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security
• Drive adoption of clean code, design patterns, and microservices best practices
• Support deployment, monitoring, and production issues

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot
