Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level government systems in a compliance-driven environment.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, a BS in CS/IT or related field, 5+ years of Java experience (JDK 8+), and hands-on work with Spring, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with .NET stack and SQL Server is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 5+ years of Java development with strong Java (JDK 8+).
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Strong OOP understanding and Java fundamentals.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
• RESTful APIs and web services experience.
• Eclipse IDE proficiency and Git familiarity.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment experience.
• Experience with government/enterprise systems and security standards.
• MS tech stack knowledge (C#, VB, .NET) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java apps for government/enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and sysadmins to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs for interoperable data exchange.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design, and documentation.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability per best practices.
• Support deployment through CI/CD and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues.
• Ensure compliance with government standards and security requirements.
