Innova Solutions is seeking a Java Developer for an 18-month contract in Newark, DE. The role focuses on building scalable Java/J2EE applications using Spring Boot and Spring MVC in an Agile environment.

You will design, develop, test, and support enterprise software with RESTful and SOAP services, Hibernate/JPA, and modern testing practices. The position requires 5+ years of hands-on Java experience, strong OOP and design patterns, and proficiency with Git/Bitbucket.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java/J2EE development for enterprise applications.
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework components experience.
• RESTful APIs and SOAP web services development/consumption.
• Hibernate/JPA with relational DB integration.
• JUnit and unit testing experience.
• Strong OOP and Java design patterns understanding.
• Git and Bitbucket version control proficiency.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development using Java technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.
