Job summary

Coforge is seeking Java developers with CI/CD experience to contribute to new development projects. The role emphasizes building microservices with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and containerized deployments on AWS.

You will ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and refactoring while collaborating on task estimation and integration of external services. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Java development, strong OOP fundamentals, and experience with Git, Docker, and ServiceNow ticketing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Java development.
• Experience developing microservices with Spring Boot.
• Development of REST APIs and web services.
• Proficiency with version control tools, especially Git.
• Creation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Docker image and container building.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming principles and best practices (SOLID, Clean Code).
• Familiarity with Cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, reviews, and continuous refactoring.
• Implement new functionalities following quality standards and best practices.
• Solid programming skills in Java and microservices.
• Experience with Incident & Problem Management processes.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Integrate external services and APIs when needed.
• Participate in the technical definition of projects and task estimation.

Responsibilities
