Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Java Application Developer for its Fraud & Claims Technology team in Addison, TX.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite each week and focuses on developing and maintaining Java-based applications for fraud detection and claims processing. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of Java experience, strong Spring Boot and web services skills, and hands-on work with Kafka and NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Java development experience with strong Core Java and OOP skills.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot and REST/SOAP web services.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Cassandra/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, Maven, JUnit, TDD, and CI.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server and exposure to cloud technologies; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications supporting fraud detection and claims processing.
• Participate in application design meetings and contribute to development activities.
• Build and integrate solutions using Core Java, Spring, Kafka, and Cassandra.

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Java Application Developer to join their Fraud & Claims Technology team. As a Java Application Developer, you will be part of the technology team supporting fraud detection and claims processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills that will align successfully within the organization.
