What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain internet browser-based applications for a Federal Government agency
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support the project
- Write secure code that adheres to Java best practices and project-specific standards
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyze and design databases within an application area, coordinating database development as part of a team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in secure Java code development
- Proficiency in JBoss Enterprise Application Server, MongoDB, and Linux
- Experience with Eclipse, Git, Maven, Java, JavaScript, ThymeLeaf/Spring Boot, Spring MVC, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance
