Job summary

Tringapps Research Labs is seeking a technically hands-on software lead who can design and develop real-time internet applications or high-scale SAAS solutions. The role requires 3–5 years of product development with at least 2 years leading a team, and strong data structures and algorithms expertise.

Candidates should be proficient in Java or Golang and comfortable with web technologies including Java, Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcached, and Redis.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing real-time internet applications.
• Proven ability to lead teams for 2+ years within product development.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms.
• Proficient in object-oriented languages (Java or Go) and related web tech.
• Experience with scalable high-traffic services.

Role & responsibilities

Must have (Primary skill set) -

• Technically hands-on, with deep-dive expertise in designing and developing real-time internet applications or high-scale SAAS applications
• 3 - 5 years of experience in developing products with at least a couple of years in leading a team
• Excellent command of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Exceptional coding skills in an Object-Oriented programming language (Java/ Golang)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with web technologies Java, Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcached, Redis
