DataKite seeks a capable Java backend engineer to build secure, high-performance services powering AI-driven banking integrations. You will own APIs, microservices, and ETL pipelines feeding the platform’s digital twins.

This role emphasizes cloud-native, multi-tenant architecture on Google Cloud, with focus on authentication, data encryption, and compliance such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2. You will collaborate with frontend, data, and AI/ML engineers to ship production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Java backend development with Spring Boot in enterprise software.
• 2+ years with databases such as MySQL.
• Hands-on with Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Bachelor of engineering or IT-related major.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services in Java and Spring Boot.
