Job summary

Prominent is hiring a REMOTE Senior Java Developer to build and enhance enterprise applications supporting critical systems in our client’s collaborative Agile environment.

In this role, you will develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications, create REST APIs, and modernize legacy systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Healthcare HL7 experience is a plus, with HIPAA considerations frequently in scope.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SDLC, Agile.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript.
• Healthcare domain experience using HL7 is preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps / CI-CD preferred.

Prominent is hiring a REMOTE Senior Java Developer to build and enhance enterprise applications supporting critical systems in our client’s collaborative Agile environment.

• No visa sponsorship (current or future)
• Must work W2 Hourly directly on Prominent’s payroll (no C2C / 1099)
