Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an experienced Technical Lead to manage delivery of enterprise Java applications. You will drive architecture, coding standards, and REST API delivery while coordinating with team leads and business analysts.

You will refine requirements, provide estimates for PI planning, support production systems, and ensure incident response, RCA, and SLA/KPI adherence. Strong ITIL/ServiceNow knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Java/J2EE applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot/Spring Framework and REST APIs.
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and production support processes.
• Ability to refine user stories, provide technical estimates, and support PI/Sprint planning.
• Experience with code reviews, troubleshooting, and driving solution delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Exposure to Dynatrace and basic shell scripting.
• Capital Markets domain knowledge is a plus.

Job Description :
