Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Irving, TX seeks a Technical Lead to drive Java/J2EE delivery using Spring and REST APIs. You will refine user stories, provide estimates, and support PI/Sprint planning.

You will guide technical decisions, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues while coordinating with team leads and business analysts for sign-offs. This on-site role involves production support and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM/ITIL practices.
• Proficient in SQL and stored procedures (Oracle or SQL Server).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

• Coordinate with Team Leads, Software Leads, and BAs for sign-offs.
• Support production applications, including incident resolution, RCA, monitoring, and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Experience in L3/Application Support & Maintenance engagements.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/ITSM and ITIL.
• Capital Markets domain knowledge is a plus.

Job Description :

• Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solution delivery.
• Coordinate with Team Leads, Software Leads and Business Analysts for required technical/business sign-offs.
• Support production applications, including incident resolution, RCA, monitoring and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot/Spring Framework and REST API expertise.
• Technical Lead experience, particularly in L3/Application Support & Maintenance engagements.
• ServiceNow/ITSM and ITIL knowledge.
• SQL and stored procedure experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Basic shell scripting; Dynatrace exposure is desirable.
• Capital Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
