Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Full stack Developer to join the Manufacturing unit, focusing on UI/Frontend, Backend, DevSecOps, and GCP. The role emphasizes micro-frontend patterns, BFFs, Monorepos, and cloud-native skills to build scalable, secure enterprise applications.

You're expected to contribute across the SDLC, code, review, test, and document while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software in automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

Area Of Responsibility

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience

Full stack Developer - UI & Frontend Stack (Mandatory)

• React & NodeJS: Expert-level proficiency in React and NodeJS for building MFEs and BFFs.
• Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of Micro-frontend (MFE) patterns, BFF (Backend-for-Frontend), and managing Monorepos (e.g., Nx, Lerna, or Turbo).
• Web Standards: Proficiency in CSS3, HTML5, and responsive design for complex enterprise web applications.

Backend & Data Stack (Mandatory)

• Java & Spring Boot: Strong experience with Java (21) and Spring Boot microservices.
• API Management: Experience configuring Apigee proxies and traffic routing.
• Databases: Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL) and MongoDB.

DevSecOps & GCP (Mandatory)

• CI/CD: Practical experience with Tekton Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• GCP Ecosystem: Hands‑on experience with Cloud Run, Eventarc, and MemoryStore (Redis).
• Security Tools: Proven ability to fix findings from Cycode, SonarQube, and 42Crunch.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Previous experience in the DevOps/Development ecosystem.
• Familiarity with APS (Authorization Policy Server) and Internal Network constraints.
• Certification in Google Cloud (Associate Cloud Engineer) or React/NodeJS certifications.
• Experience with Terraform for application‑level resource provisioning.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
