Qualifications

• Strong backend Java development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and data integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL optimization.
• Exposure to cloud-native deployment (Kubernetes) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs that support enterprise business processes and service-to-service integrations.
• Develop backend business logic, data access layers, and integration components using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle Database.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code aligned with team standards and practices.
• Work with Oracle SQL, schemas, stored procedures, and query optimization to support performance.
• Participate in design discussions, API contracts, documentation, code reviews, and planning.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production including root-cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Support application reliability, monitoring, and operational readiness for financial services systems.
